Staff was trying their best despite issues.

Hotel Staff least bothered about any guests coming or going. Some of them little rude and had absolutely no interest in hosting anyone at the hotel. Called reception several times for many services only to have no one answer the call and we were left to fend of for ourselves. Its like hotel actually whispers in a low voice " Pay, take your room and you are on your own and we dont care what you want or what you do and check out - leave as soon as possible ". Simple.

The staff were mostly friendly, the hotel had its own restaurant and bar... The rooms were spacious and the hotel felt very modern

you had to pay for the indoor swimming pool (free 1-3) and some of the hotel's amenities

Family holiday with some positives

The animation team was really good. Especially during the poolside activities.

It wasn't expensive, but I expected a bit more value for my money.

Rude staff. Requested a cot but they didn't have any and were unhelpful. Not recommended for families with young children. Located next to a large rain water drain that runs right into the sea.

The beautiful beach with golden sand was just a few steps away. Special shoutout to the attentive staff who ensured our comfort.

The hotel offers great facilities, especially the amazing water slides that kept my family entertained all week. Staff were attentive and friendly, and the beach access was a plus. The food could improve, as choices were limited, leading to some long waits. A fun family holiday!

the towels were super thin and worn out. but honestly, the beach was incredible and so well-maintained! ! plus, the staff were always super friendly and helpful, especially at the pools. the aqua park was a blast for the kids!

The room was pretty spacious but definitely needed some TLC. The bedding was uncomfortable, and it felt outdated. The air conditioning wasn't great, especially with the heat outside. Housekeeping came at random times, annoying. It was okay, but not what I'd expect from a four-star place.

The Thalassa Sousse Resort & Aquapark Family And Couple Only offers a clean pool area and friendly staff. Special mention to Sami for accommodating our early check-in and Chouab, the barman, for excellent service and ensuring our comfort. The location is fantastic, with a variety of shops on-site that are reasonably priced, and the hotel provides a good range of activities.

The Wi-Fi was poor and the poolside loungers were often damaged.
